Hi Everyone! Here’s another day in my Jaxx!! The top two containers are Aidells Chicken Meatballs with Mini Bells Peppers, Red Onion and Garlic that I made for dinner and it was delish! so I’m having it again for my meals during the day. I will share the recipe at a later time. I really like the products from Aidells. They offer a nice selection of sausage and meatballs which cook up in 8-10 minutes. If you are pressed for time in the evenings like I am, it’s great to be able to put a healthy, tasty meal together quickly. Next up is celery with Boar’s Head Maple Turkey and low fat swirl cheese. Boar’s Head Products are another staple in my eating plan and they have so many choices which I really appreciate.
Then I have a container of Radishes and Broccoli. Just some raw veggies sliced. I ate a few radishes with the celery and turkey roll ups. Some days, I just want something crunchy so that’s when I choose things like celery, cucumber, raw vegetables. Those choices tend to satisfy my need to crunch.
Roll ups with sliced deli meat are so quick and easy to prepare. What I like best is I make them the night before and pack them up in my Jaxx container and they are ready to go. Here is the Boars Head Maple Turkey with Reduced Fat Swirl Cheese. I also made roll ups with sliced cucumber. I really loved how the cucumber added a nice freshness and subtle crunch to the roll up.

My container has a hard boiled egg and sliced cucumber. Basically, I was trying to use up what was left of my cucumber! It’s a good thing I enjoy eating them. LOL!
