Luscious Frozen ” Ice Cream” Treats on a weight loss or weight maintenance program just doesn’t seem possible. However, I am here to show you that it really is possible to have your ” Ice Cream” AND eat it too and not see a blip on the scale.
I was in the ice cream aisle looking to replace my sugar free ice pops with something that felt more like ice cream. I did try a few different brands of frozen yogurt, but I found the frozen yogurt choices available were filled with sugar so I was on the hunt for a better option. Then I discovered Arctic Zero.
Take a look at how the Vanilla Maple flavor serves up! It has a very similar consistency to ice cream. I just love that combination of vanilla with maple, which reminds me of waffles, ice cream, and syrup. The nutrition information is also impressive:

There is a nice selection of classic and fun flavors to choose from and come in creamy or chunky consistencies. They also offer “chocolate dipped” frozen bars. I was able to find them in my local supermarket and according to their website, they are available nationwide.
Ever since my first try, this has become one of my favorite GO TO treats. Besides these desserts being tasty, creamy and filled with flavor, they offer some positive benefits, such as being fat free, Kosher, GMO free, low calorie, low glycemic, and lactose free.
