It’s hard to believe it’s March already! I want to thank all of you for your support, feedback and well-wishes over the past year. Building a community of like minded people to share and help each other has been a great experience. When I began this blog, I had absolutely no idea it was a large an undertaking as it has been. I’ve loved every minute of it but I find myself challenged with sufficient time to write as often as I’d like. One of my goals for 2019 is to be consistent with  sharing and adding new content.

So, how did 2018 go for you? Did you accomplish all that you set out to do? So many of us create goals, dreams and things we want to do. If you’re anything like me, sometimes, the list of goals can seem daunting. But good news is, when I reviewed my goals for 2018, I was pleasantly suprised by what I actually accomplished! This realization gave me even more motivation for 2019!! Yes, we now have another year to look forward to and get our list of goals set up.

I’ve really needed to take some time off to reflect on where I’m at right now, look back at how far I’ve come and how much I’d still like to accomplish. One thing I’m passionate about is my desire to help those who suffer with obesity and weight issues.

In the coming weeks and months, I’ll be back sharing what I’ve been up to, how I’ve re-structured my list of goals by including new ideas, recipes, fitness and workout routines, weight  loss tips, as well as stress management tools.

So let me ask you, what have you been up to? Please share something you are doing that you thought you would NEVER work for you!

Here’s something I’m doing that I NEVER thought would work for me: I Track my food and calories with myfitnesspal. LOL !! Throughout my lifetime, whenever I was asked to keep a FOOD JOURNAL, DIARY, or TRACK my eating, I would basically throw a tantrum! But, truth be told, with the myfitnesspal app, I even track my food on vacation.  Now, I feel like something is missing if I don’t track with this app.

I guess you really CAN teach an old dog a new trick! LOL

Looking forward to hearing from you!
