Got 3 minutes? That’s all the time it takes to put this shake together. Are you into the spirit of Pumpkin Pie Spice? It’s available in all sorts of foods and beverages at this time of year. I’m a firm believer that pumpkin pie spices are great all year long, so when it comes to the fall season, I get all sorts of silly with my pumpkin pie spices and add it to just about everything. My latest creation is so simply, yummy and YES healthy. It’s also packed with  a whopping 30 grams of protein. Although I cannot consider Whipped Cream a health food, it’s a low calorie guilty pleasure I have and by adding it, it just simply makes me smile!   I do go in phases of using Whipped Cream and going without it. At this moment in time, the combination of the pumpkin pie spices with the creaminess of the protein shake blend so well, I just couldn’t resist a few squirts of this white, fluffy pillows from heaven whipped cream! I love whipped cream so much, I could do a review of the top 5 whipped creams out there, either store bought or in your favorite coffee house. YES! I’ve tried them all! I think you would be surprised by what I would say is the BEST! Anyway, here’s the recipe for this Pumpkin Pie Spice Protein Shake.

Fresh Market Whipped Light Cream

Yes, the seal is broken on this delicious whipped cream!
  • Combine all ingredients, except whipped cream, into a blender on high speed and mix until smooth and creamy
  • Fill glass with shake and top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice
  • Enjoy!
