Technically speaking, some of these “foods” are not actually foods, but herbs to add to our meals, drink as tea, or take in powder or pill forms. The good news is, there’s lots of ways to try some of these ingredients to get the added health benefits into our meals.

  5.  Green Tea, green-tea used for centuries in India and China for its health benefits.
