Notes
This recipe makes about six, 4" Pancakes as mentioned on the box directions.I added Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for an additional boost of protein as well as the collagen. As recommended by the manufacturer, for the best results, so once you mix the batter, use it right away.I added Carey's Sugar-free Maple Syrup. This is BY FAR, the BEST sugar free syrup on the market. It has that wonderful, smokey maple flavor we all love so much from syrup. Try it and you'll see for yourself. The fun part of pancakes is the toppings. Just be mindful as to what you are adding and chose healthier options such as fresh fruit, plain greek yogurt with stevia or other low-calorie options.Nutrition Information:Protein: 20 gramsCarbohydrates: 22 gramsFiber: 1.5 gramsSugar: 1 gramFat: 2 gramsSodium: 55 mgEnjoy!
